Student Instructions

  • To apply to the program, please submit, as a single packet, the following to the
    Application Registrar at 632 Ringgold St., Peekskill, NY  10566.
    Email: harpy9@optonline.net:
    • A completed Student Application form, which may be obtained either
      • From Application, or
      • By contacting the MHTP Central Office.
    • Two reference letters describing the applicant’s personal qualities and musical abilities.
    • A one-time Registration Fee of $100.00 (non-refundable)
    • The Statement of Agreement with your signature.
  • When the Application Registrar receives the Student Application, registration fee, and letters of reference, the information will be carefully reviewed and assessed.
  • If accepted, the student will be sent a welcome packet and a tuition payment agreement, and will be assigned an Advisor. The student must return the tuition payment agreement to the central MHTP office within 10 days. That address is: MHTP, 22 West End Road, Hillsdale, NY 12529.Fax: 518-325-5546.
  • A $5 per day late fee will be assessed for late tuition payments.
