“Amazing experience! I will for sure be attending in the future. Very inspiring and motivational for our work.”

2022 Keynote Speakers

Daniel Barber

Daniel holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Applied Social Research degree. He is a statistics consultant, video producer and Sonic Presence coach. In his words:

I’ve had a very circuitous career route through social work, social systems research, computing tech, video production, political activism, music, ritual, and "sonic presence coaching." Through all these vocations, interests, and passions, I’ve always wondered, “How do we get from where we are to where we most want to be?”

The best I've come up with so far is to a) listen carefully, b) feel deeply, and c) play it out.

I help people who are in momentous transition to build confidence and skills in navigating uncertainty. I created an innovative modality using piano improv to nurture inner empathy, mindful presence, and authentic self-expression.
