Healthcare staff are under more strain than ever before. Providing live therapeutic music (LTM) for staff can help reduce burnout and attrition. Learn how to approach healthcare administrators to get paid to be part of the remedy for their suffering staff. Come away from this interactive webinar with scripted templates for phone calls, emails, and interview questions that can be easily adapted to your specific client and situation. Find out how to apply the therapeutic music principles that you know and have used for patients on staff instead. Topics include:
Who to approach to fund or coordinate LTM for staff? Understanding the different points of entry in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Background is important: Learning everything you can about your hospital or healthcare provider.
The billion-dollar question: "How is the pandemic affecting your staff?"
Developing the tools for your pitch:
Email templates to get appropriate attention.
What to say on the phone.
Updating the "elevator speech" you already use for patient LTM.
How to respond to potential objections.
Possible funding solutions for your hospital or nursing facility.
Applying the principles of LTM to staff.
Open to anyone. CMPs and graduates of other therapeutic music training programs earn 2.5 continuing education units (CEUs).
