![Self-care for Musicians]()

This self-care and improv music-making/visioning 2- day webinar is designed to provide physical, emotional and social support for musicians.
Participants will be invited into an embodied experience of making music by coming into the body with breathing and movement practices designed to support proper alignment for music making. Participants will engage in a meditation for creative visioning and work with creating and playing their own musical affirmations.
