This event is 4:00 pm EASTERN TIME (3:00 pm Central, 2:00 pm Mountain, 1:00 pm Pacific).
Have you experienced live therapeutic music sessions that challenged your thinking as a CMP? Did it involve others in the room, disruptions of some kind, or difficulty in connecting with the patient’s needs?
How did you handle it? Were you surprised at what kind of music “worked” or “did not work”?
In this webinar participants discuss their own challenging scenarios and learn from other therapeutic musicians about their out of the ordinary sessions. Included is some one-on one practice in breakout rooms using facilitator-provided examples of situations.
The Repertoire Development Webinars are live, interactive using Zoom. You must participate by sharing with the group, and playing to demonstrate, examples of your own repertoire for the topic presented. You will receive a recording of the complete webinar, a list of repertoire selections and sources shared among the participants and facilitator, and the CEU certificate (CMPs only) when you complete all requirements for the webinar. Must register for the webinar no later than one week prior to its start date. Space is limited.
$45.00. Open to MHTP students and CMPs only. CMPs earn 2 CEUs This webinar is facilitated by Stephanie Miller, CMP, Faculty of MHTP.

Important notices you agree to:
Webinar registration form and payment must be received by MHTP at least 7 days prior to each webinar.
I must participate in the webinar by playing/demonstrating appropriate repertoire.
I must provide the facilitator examples (names and source if known) of repertoire for the webinar’s topic. Facilitator will notify me about sending this information.
I will set up a free Zoom account for the webinar (Facilitator will send instructions).
I must complete the class evaluation form at the end of the webinar to receive all take-home information.
If you have a request for a type of repertoire that you would like to gain more experience on, please email the MHTP CEO.
Cancellation: If MHTP cancels a webinar because of too few participants (less than five (5)) or any other reason, all participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund ($45). If a participant must cancel, that participant should immediately notify MHTP’s Registrar. If a participant cancels more than one (1) week in advance, a full refund will be given. If a participant cancels less than one (1) week in advance, no refund will be given, as last-minute cancellations could make the number of participants too small for a webinar to be viable. “One (1) week” is defined literally; i.e., exactly seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start of a webinar (e.g., for a webinar scheduled for 8PM Eastern on January 14, “One (1) week in advance” is 8PM Eastern on January 7). NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AN MHTP STUDENT OR CMP.
